The Body Behind the Swing

Every yard, every turn, every pain-free round starts with the Glute Slide.
The Turn You've Always Wanted

The Turn You've Always Wanted

More rotation starts with hip mobility. The Glute Slide develops internal and external hip rotation so you can load the backswing fully — giving you the turn most golfers can never reach.
Hit It Further. Every Time.

Hit It Further. Every Time.

Distance comes from the ground up — hips driving through impact, core transferring force, everything firing together. The Glute Slide builds the strength and mobility to strike the ball with your whole body, not just your arms.
Train Year Round. Play Pain-Free.

Train Year Round. Play Pain-Free.

Back pain ends rounds and careers — but it doesn't have to. The Glute Slide builds the core stability that protects your spine every swing, and a training system you can use anywhere, all year. Show up to the first tee stronger than when you left it.

The Glute Slide is a small, portable training device designed to help improve strength, mobility and balance for any level golfer. It uses push-pin resistance that is easily adjusted by the user to progressively strengthen weak golf muscles, like the hips and core.

Similar concept but much different machine. The Glute Slide could be considered a Leader Board on “steroids.” With beefier construction, significantly more range of motion and on the fly resistance adjustment, there is a new “leader on the board!”

Not only do the glutes drive rotational power, they also take load off the lumbar spine (a common area of injury for golfers.) Strong glutes improve distance and mitigate the risk of injury to the low back.

Bridges and clamshells are good exercises, but they are performed on the ground. The Glute Slide allows users to get up off the ground and strengthen the hips and core in a functional position which transfers better to golf postures. The upright positions also help improve balance, a critical component of golf.

Absolutely! By improving mobility in the hips and thoracic spine, enhancing balance and layering in strength, that is the precise formula for improved speed/power.

No, the Glute Slide is not a gimmick and does not instantly fix swing faults. However, the Glute Slide will give you the physical capabilities that improve swing patterns: mobility, end range strength, balance and power.

It might be hard to believe, but results can be immediate. In a pilot study performed in Carslbad Ca, 8 users increased drive distance by an average of 10 yards following three simple warm-up exercises performed on the Glute Slide.

Yes, in fact founder Pete Holman, who is a physical therapist, designed the unit to help activate and strengthen the hips which unloads the spine.

The adductors consist of 5 muscles on the inner thigh (adductor magnus, adductor longis, adductor brevis, gracilis and the pectineus.) These muscles, especially on the lead leg heading into the impact position, are foundational for power and pelvis stability. The adductor block is simple to use, extremely effective and has been our best-selling accessory to date.

The Rear Slide, the Lateral Slide and the Adductor Slide are all staples of any good golf warm-up or strength training program. We recommend performing 2-3 sets of each drill 2-3 times per week. Please click here to see the exercises in action on our exercise library.

Yes, we are begging you to engage in warm up exercises prior to your round or going to the driving range. This will not only help with your distance but will help reduce your risk of injury.

Yes, by performing exercises on both sides of the body you will create symmetry and balance and reduce your risk of injury. It might seem counter-intuitive, but your non-dominant side is just as important as your swing side.

Yes, the unit has wheels and a handle on the distal end for easy transport. Additionally, without the upright handle bars attached, the Glute Slide easily fits in the back of a car for transportation.

Yes, we offer a 30 day return window, which means if you are not completely satisfied within the first month of use, send back your unit for a refund.
