Shipping policy
Order Fulfillment
We typically fulfill orders within 1 business day on items in stock.
If your address is incorrect, please notify us immediately. Once a shipping label has been created, the address cannot be modified. Customers may use FedEx Delivery Manager to update their address (a fee applies) or request the package to be held at a FedEx location for pickup (free of charge).
Domestic Shipping
• Orders typically will be shipped within 1 business day.
• Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
International Shipping
• Duties, taxes, and clearance fees are not collected at checkout and will be billed to the customer by the carrier. Payment for these charges will be required upon delivery.
• It is crucial to provide accurate and reliable contact information to avoid delays in customs clearance. Failure to pay applicable fees will result in the package being returned. In such cases, customers will be responsible for shipping costs both ways.
• We do not accept returns on international orders.
Shipping Damage
To report shipping damage, the following conditions must be met:
• All shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• The original packaging must be retained, as it may be required for inspection or claims processing.
• Customers must provide clear images of the damage to the item(s) and any visible damage to the packaging.
