More distance, better consistency, and a bigger turn.

There's a new leader on the board

Train the Body. Unlock the Swing.

Build the hip strength, core stability, and thoracic mobility that drives distance, consistency, and better turn.

The Body Behind the Swing

Every yard, every turn, every pain-free round starts with Glute Slide.
The Turn You've Always Wanted

The Turn You've Always Wanted

More rotation starts with hip mobility. The Glute Slide develops internal and external hip rotation so you can load the backswing fully — giving you the turn most golfers can never reach.
Hit It Further. Every Time.

Hit It Further. Every Time.

Distance comes from the ground up — hips driving through impact, core transferring force, everything firing together. The Glute Slide builds the strength and mobility to strike the ball with your whole body, not just your arms.
Train Year Round. Play Pain-Free.

Train Year Round. Play Pain-Free.

Back pain ends rounds and careers — but it doesn't have to. The Glute Slide builds the core stability that protects your spine every swing, and a training system you can use anywhere, all year. Show up to the first tee stronger than when you left it.

FAQs

Your questions, answered here.
  1. The Glute Slide is the most durable, robust, sturdy and smooth consumer glute training product on the market
  2. Both the side rails and custom patented push-pins are composed of high grade aluminum and the handle bars are made of 16 gauge steel for a commercial feel in a consumer footprint
  3. The Glute slide has countless exercises that can be performed in comparison to a traditional, unidimensional Hip Thrust type of machine. Please see our exercise library at www.gluteslide.com
  4. The Glute Slide functions like a Pilates machine in many respects, at over half the price. However, unlike a Pilates machine, the Glute Slide has handle bars for safety and stability and a foot wedge to push off against for better strength training applications.
  5. Traditional glute training products, such as a Hip Thrust machine, require that the user get on the floor prior to engaging in the exercise. Additionally,  changing resistance levels is slow and inefficient.
  6. Changing resistance on the Glute Slide is quick and easy and can be done on the fly with our patented push-pin quick adjustment technology.
  1. Each band is approximately 20lbs (with a total of 6 bands that’s 120lbs of total resistance.)
  2. We also offer a PRO-PACK in which each band is approximately 30lbs for a total of 180lbs of resistance.
  • The GS has a small footprint 17” wide by 62” long while the Reformers are much larger 27” wide by 85”-95” long
  • The GS has a patented push pin quick change mechanism located on the top of the machine so users can change resistance without exiting the machine while to change resistance on a Reformer users must get off the machine (which is less efficient while transitioning between different exercises)
  • The GS has handlebars to hold onto for safety and stability while learning new exercises while the Reformer does not have handlebars for upright exercises
  • The GS has a foot wedge (similar to a starters block in track and field) to drive into with shoes on for maximal traction while a Reformer has no foot wedge and is designed to be used without shoes which means less stability and less ability to exert force into the move
  • The GS is portable and comes with wheels and a handle for easy transportation, the Reformer is a stationary machine
  • The GS is around the $1000 price point, while Reformers are typically $3000 to $6000 depending on the model
  • The GS uses elastic resistance that can be accelerated at high rates of speed for sports performance work, while the Reformer uses spring tension that tends to be stiffer and used more for strength work and less for explosiveness

The Glute Side fully assembled weighs 80lbs.

Yes, there is minimal assembly required:

  • The handle bars have to be assembled to the main handle bar shaft using 4 bolts (hardware included.) This process takes approximately 5 minutes.
  • The handle bar shaft needs to be inserted and bolted to the main platform (hardware included.) This process takes approximately 1 minute.

The Glute Slide can accommodate users up to 300 lbs.

We ship your order the next business day from Minnesota, ensuring it gets on its way to you as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary depending on seasonal demands and weather conditions.

  • The resistance cords are similar to any form of elastic resistance in that with repetitive use and mechanical loading cycles the tension diminishes over time and eventually the cords wear out or even break (imagine stretching a rubber band over and over again, eventually it will break.)
  • To ensure proper tension and best function out of your cords, we recommend replacing them every 6-9 months depending on usage (ie; if you use the machine 3-4x/week we recommend replacing cords at the 6 month mark, if you are using the machine 1-2x/week you can probably wait for 9 months prior to replacing the cords.) Keep in mind that if used in a commercial setting, sports performance center, personal training studio, etc., the time frame for cord replacement might be even sooner.
  • Replacing the cords is a simple process and can be completed in under 10 minutes.
  1. The glutes are the powerhouse of the core, they are responsible for helping us go from a seated position to a standing position
  2. The glutes are a primary mover in walking, jogging, sprinting, changes in direction in sports and jumping

Well toned glutes look good in jeans and build confidence ☺

  • The Glute Slide works for both toning and sports performance
  • For toning, we typically recommend slower speeds, lighter loads and higher reps
  • For sports performance we typically recommend lower reps, higher loads and faster movement speeds. These type of workouts have tremendous functional carryover to Hockey, Football, Baseball, Basketball, Tennis, Volleyball, MMA/Boxing, Lacrosse and Skiing.
  • Yes, the Glute Slide offers upright handle bars to increase core stability which enhances glute activation.
  • Both mini-bands and Glute Loops have a limited amount of distance that they can stretch which limits range of motion. Thus, performing end range movements can be challenging and hard to control (the Glute Slide has nearly 3 feet of travel allowing for long, smooth and full range of movement exercises.)
  • Finally, to increase or decrease resistance levels while using mini-bands or glute loops is time consuming and inefficient (especially if trying to do strip sets (drop sets.) Conversely, the patented quick change resistance adjustment mechanism on the Glute Slide allows for seamless & quick changes in resistance from 20-120lbs (Pro-Pack allows for 30-180lbs.)
  • Yes, a reformer machine doesn’t have handles to stabilize the upper body nor does it have a foot wedge to push off of for increased glute activation.
  • Additionally, in order to change resistance on a reformer or megaformer, the user must get off the machine. The patented quick change resistance adjustment mechanism allows for quick and seamless resistance changes without having to exit the machine.

There are countless exercises that can be performed on the Glute Slide that target other muscles in the body, including  the core and even upper body. With the addition of upper body resistance cords, users can experience a FULL BODY workout on the Glute Slide (see exercise library at www.gluteslide.com)
