Glute Slide × Golf

There's a new leader on the board.

More distance, better consistency and a bigger turn — trusted by teaching pros and the trainers behind PGA Tour players.

The turn you've always wanted.

More rotation starts with hip mobility. Build internal and external hip rotation so you can load the backswing fully.

Hit it further. Every time.

Distance comes from the ground up — hips driving through impact, core transferring force, everything firing together.

Train year round. Play pain-free.

Build the core stability that protects your spine every swing, and show up to the first tee stronger than you left it.

Our story · Pete Holman, PT, CSCS

Built to strengthen the hips — and unload the spine.

Physical therapist and strength coach Pete Holman designed the Glute Slide to activate and strengthen the hips in upright, functional positions — the positions you actually play, sprint and swing in. It's used for pro-level performance work, everyday strength, and prehab and rehab alike.

“It is Glute Slide's mission to design, develop & distribute fitness products & content that enable & empower its clients to actualize their health, fitness and vitality.”

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Our support team is available 24/7 at info@gluteslide.com.

What makes the Glute Slide different from other home glute machines?
Side rails and patented push-pins are high-grade aluminum and the handlebars are 16-gauge steel, for a commercial feel in a consumer footprint. You train upright with handlebars for stability and a foot wedge to drive against, and you change resistance on the fly — no getting on the floor, no stepping off to swap plates.
How much resistance does it provide?
Six bands at roughly 20 lb each give you 0–120 lb. The Pro Pack bands are roughly 30 lb each, taking you up to 180 lb.
How does it compare to a Pilates Reformer?
It is smaller (vs. 27" × 85–95" for a reformer), adds handlebars and a foot wedge, changes resistance without stepping off, rolls on wheels, and uses elastic resistance you can accelerate for explosive work — at a fraction of the $3,000–$6,000 a reformer costs.
Can I use it with a weak or sore back?
Yes. Founder Pete Holman, a physical therapist, designed the unit to activate and strengthen the hips, which unloads the spine.
Will it add distance to my golf game?
Improving hip and thoracic mobility, balance and strength is the formula for speed and power. In a pilot study in Carlsbad, CA, 8 users added an average of 10 yards of drive distance after three warm-up exercises.
How big is it, and how heavy?
57" high, 65" long and 20.5" wide. It weighs 80 lb fully assembled and rolls on built-in wheels; without the handlebars it fits in the back of a car.
How long does assembly take?
About six minutes: bolt the handlebars to the shaft (around 5 minutes), then bolt the shaft to the platform (around 1 minute). Hardware is included.
Is there a weight limit?
The Glute Slide accommodates users up to 300 lb.
How often do I replace the resistance cords?
Every 6–9 months depending on use. Replacing them takes under 10 minutes.
What are shipping, returns and warranty?
Orders ship the next business day from Minnesota. You have 30 days to return it for a refund. The frame, handlebars and slide platform carry a 3-year home-use warranty; bands are covered for 90 days.

Strength starts from the ground up.

Ships the next business day. 30 days to try it at home. 3-year warranty on the frame, handlebars and slide platform.
